調べによると、豊田容疑者は今年８、９月、経営する同区内のスナックで、日本音楽著作権協会と利用許諾契約を結ばずに、客の求めに応じて、同協会が著作権を管理するビートルズの「イエスタデイ」など外国の曲計３３曲をハーモニカで演奏したり、ピアニストに演奏させたりした疑い。
