Encode 2.19 を Release したのでお知らせします。

10ヶ月ぶりのReleaseということになります。すでにかなり安定期にあるEncodeですが、それでもドキュメントの直しや小さなbugfixは避けられません。EncodeはdistributionがCPAN Moduleとしては異例の大きさなので、ついReleaseも魔、もといここでは間、を明けがちなのですが、今回は少し明けすぎましたね。

まあ workaround としては euc-jp にして、エラーがなければ iso-2022-jp にするというのがあるけど明らかに Encode.pm のバグなのでもう一度レポート。

Hackerthonのおかげで、重い腰も上がりましたし、(MIYAGAWA++) x 2です。

Long time no see.  I just released Encode 2.19.  It's been 10 month since I 
released the last one.  Those who sent me reports and fixes via mail and|or 
RT, thank you so much and sorry for not being responsive.  All of which 
since the last release should be reflected, including the ones in bleedperl.

And thank you YAPC::Asia::2007 Hackerthon for stopping my procrastination.
